Website analytics and address search
We use Notomo to measure page visits and diagnose website errors. It receives technical information such as page paths, browser details, and visitor identifiers. Your browser stores a visitor identifier in local storage; you can remove it by clearing this site’s data. Session replay is disabled, and analytics does not record form field values. Address searches are sent to Photon to suggest matching addresses using OpenStreetMap data.

Payment Metadata: Processed via our third-party processor; we do not store full card data.
2. Handling of Recovered Data
Strict Confidentiality: We do not browse or examine your recovered files beyond what is technically required to verify recovery success (e.g., checking file headers or random samples).
Temporary Storage: Recovered data is stored on secure, air-gapped local servers only until you have verified the recovery and data has been transferred.
Secure Erasure: Once the job is closed and the 14-day rework window has passed, all copies of your recovered data are securely wiped from our systems.
3. How We Use Information
To provide diagnostics, data recovery, returns, and support.
To assess the applicability of diagnostic and attempt fees.
To communicate quotes, status updates, and shipping information.
To comply with legal/contractual obligations.

Payments: Processed by a secure third-party; we do not store financial credentials.
Shipping: Carriers receive only necessary delivery details.

Least-Privilege Access: Access is restricted to necessary personnel only.
Air-Gapped Systems: We prioritize offline storage for recovered data to prevent external breaches.
Restricted Retention: We do not keep any personal information for more than 30 days beyond what is operationally or legally necessary.
